We have several different types of memberships at Gleason Performance Training. Our athletes compete in various strength sports including powerlifting, strongman, and Olympic lifting. If you’re interested in building strength and lifting weights, come check out GPT

  • Semi-Private Training: This is GPT’s most popular training. In this membership, we write the program for you so you can get right to training. Members are evaluated to start, our coaches use the first session to meet with you, go through some test exercises and mobility work, and gather information necessary to prepare the best program for YOU. Following the assessment, members will follow their own program in a group setting. 
  • Open Membership:  Members with Open Memberships are able to use the the equipment in our gym for your own program.
  • Online Coaching: No matter where you are located, our qualified coaches can program the best program to help achieve your goals as a strength athlete.
  • One-on-One Training: We also have some spaces available for one-on-one training with our coaches. These one-on-one training sessions take place during quieter hours. These can often help fill in where members may not be able to train during GPT’s hours

Regardless of your membership type, if you are in the gym and need help, there is always a coach here to help answer any questions!

Individual memberships are based on plan and commitment length.

  • Group memberships are also offered starting at a 20% discount for a group of 5.
  • We offer a 20% discount to veterans, military personnel, and first responders.
  • Full time college students get 15% off programming, we have specialized Open Memberships specifically for college students and college athletes
